XCFⅡ/KYFⅡ type flotation machine

XCFⅡ/KYFⅡ type flotation machine is a new type of flotation machine further developed on the basis of the original one. It adopts a deep U-shaped groove; A new impeller with large circulation, low power consumption and simple structure; a porous cylindrical air distributor is installed in the impeller cavity to disperse the air evenly. There are two types of XCFⅡ/KYFⅡ models. XCFⅡ: With slurry suction capacity, it can be used as a suction tank for roughing, sweeping and fine selection. It should be configured in conjunction with KYFⅡ. Medium mine returns do not require a foam pump.

KYFⅡ type flotation machine has no ore suction capacity. If it is configured for independent operation, the front and rear operation steps should be configured. The height difference is 300-500mm. The return of middling ore does not need foam pump pumping. If it is combined with XCFⅡ type flotation machine At the same time, the KYFⅡ type can be used as a direct flow tank in the roughing, sweeping, and beneficiating sections. It is placed horizontally, and no foam pump is needed for the middling return.

The scraping mechanism of XCFⅡ/KYFⅡ flotation machine has two types: single-side scraping and double-side scraping, which can be selected by the user according to the process needs. The main features of XCFⅡ/KYFⅡ flotation machine are: large amount of gas flushing, uniform gas dispersion, low energy consumption, and energy saving may be 30%-50% compared with ordinary flotation machines. Simple structure and easy maintenance. Consumable parts such as impeller and stator wear less, which can save costs by 70%-80%. The pulp circulation is good, and the chemical consumption is small, which can reduce the consumption by 10%-15%. Combined units can be configured at the same level to form a flotation circuit, eliminating the need for foam pumps. If the user has requirements for automatic control devices for ore pulp and at best, multiple control functions such as manual/automatic switching and local/centralized control can be realized.

XCFⅡ/KYFⅡ type flotation machine is suitable for various flotation operations of roughing, sweeping and beneficiation of metals and nonmetals. The particle size range of selected boring is 0.3-0.01mm, which is suitable for flotation of relatively coarse ore particles.
