Common faults are:
(1) The degree of vacuum is low, which cannot meet the production requirements. The main reason is that the vacuum pipeline leaks, the circulating water of the vacuum pump is insufficient, the impeller of the vacuum pump is worn, the distribution head is worn, the ceramic filter plate is damaged, the drain valve of the filtrate tank is not closed tightly, and the material level of the slurry tank is low;
(2) Backwash water pressure is low or fluctuates. The main reason is that the backwash water pipeline system is blocked or leaked, and the distribution head is worn;
(3) The liquid in the filtrate barrel remains high. The main reason is that the impeller or pump casing of the circulating water pump is worn, the air pressure is insufficient so that the drain valve cannot be opened or the drain valve itself is faulty, and there is leakage in the pipeline between the filtrate tank and the circulating water pump;
(4) The ceramic filter plate is not cleaned cleanly during ultrasonic cleaning. The main reason is that the power box is faulty, the power fuse is burned out, the line is aging, the transducer head is burned out, the ultrasonic box is broken down, and the water level of the slurry tank is too low;
(5) The metering pump is not working properly and the backwash water is poured back into the acid bucket. The main reason is that the switch of the metering pump is not turned on, the diaphragm is worn, the frequency is too low, and the one-way valve connected to the acid pipe and the backwash water pipe is worn.
